Peter Kim is a self-made man with an incredible work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and deeply rooted faith. His drive to succeed in construction began as a teenager when he worked as a construction laborer. Over the years, he built his knowledge and skill set, eventually starting his own construction company, Eastern, in 1998. Peter’s commitment to customer service, exceeding expectations, and conducting business with integrity has attracted brilliant minds from the construction industry and beyond who share his mission and values.
Today, Peter Kim leads and inspires his growing team to strive for excellence in everything they do, overseeing operations and working with the staff to set organizational goals and then putting the pieces in place to achieve them.

Joseph Loudermilk joined the Eastern team in 2011 and has been in the construction industry for 20 years. He is the current Chief Operations Officer for Eastern Glass and Aluminum and has served in various roles throughout the company for the last 10 years.
Before he joined Eastern his experience consists of residential construction, contracting, business start-ups, and bilingual consulting. He comes from a family of 15 and is currently married with three children. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and most any sport.
Don Davis brings a wealth of experience in construction operations, business unit leadership, and work acquisition to Eastern Contractors Corporation (ECC). After a 30-year career with an ENR top 40 company, Don retired until he was recruited by ECC. It was the opportunity to be a part of something special and help ECC achieve its vision.
Don leads the ECC business unit and supports leadership in various endeavors, from strategy and expansion to company culture and alignment. He understands the importance of completing projects on schedule and within budget and thrives at strengthening relationships internally and externally across regions and nationalities. Leveraging his extensive network of connections, Don is instrumental in identifying opportunities to serve clients locally, in the Midwest, and beyond.

Daniel Myung brings 20 years of leadership, management and operations expertise. Mr. Myung’s responsibilities include partnership management and execution of large scale solar projects. Daniel has extensive experience building collaborative teams and consulting on complex business processes for global government and commercial clients.

Christina Ryu is an experienced CFO with strategic reasoning skills to help the company achieve its long term goals and is financially savvy with a manufacturing, retail, and consumer financing background.
Before joining the ECC team, she spent much of her financial career working with some of the biggest names in the automotive industry, such as PHA Body Systems, a Tier 1 supplier to Hyundai and Kia, and Auto Gallery Holdings, an auto dealership group in Atlanta, Georgia.
As CFO of ECC, a fast-growing company, Christina is ensuring robust financial infrastructure is in place to support the company’s exponential growth and focusing on developing a business strategy based on financial data and analytical tools. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing cash flow, fund procurement, automation of processes, budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting. Her diverse background and experience in start-up companies are tremendous assets guiding our team as we continue to grow and serve more clients.

Before joining Eastern, Kun worked as an in-house attorney at a worldwide legal administration servicing company, where he assisted with work in the development and implementation of financial compliance and ethics programs. He has also worked in an in-house litigation department of a large mortgage servicing firm representing the client in various legal disputes and lawsuits.
Kun values family as his primary source of learning and positive energy, giving him confidence in his work and a strong moral compass.
Kun is responsible for delivering the company’s effective and efficient legal services and compliance program by developing specific company policies and procedures, which ensures Eastern’s adherence to applicable rules, regulations, and laws. He also works with leadership to satisfy governance requirements and manages general legal and business matters, including corporate governance, risk management, contracting, and transactional employment.
